1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your purchase and use of the GSM Tool Store software package, license keys, documentation, and technical support services provided by our team.

2. Licenses and Domain Binding

A standard license authorises one production installation on one domain. Activating the license binds it cryptographically to that domain and unlocks the download archive keyed to that host.

• A second, separate live shop needs a second license.
• Staging, local development, or testing copies on a staging subdomain are permitted and do not require their own separate license.
• Domain re-binding is free of charge if you relocate your store to a new domain name — simply open a support ticket.

3. Renewals and Lapsing Policy

The license is purchased once and does not expire. Your installation continues operating perpetually on your server, and your customers will never experience interruption. The optional annual renewal fee covers new software updates, security patches, new supplier drivers, and direct engineer support.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the software to violate the laws of your jurisdiction or your customers' jurisdiction. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute source builds to third parties, except in accordance with authorized reseller agreements.

5. Refund Policy & Live Demo

Because GSM Tool Store is delivered as non-tangible, irrevocable digital software source upon license issuance, we maintain an open and unrestricted live demo at demo.gsmtoolstore.com. Please test the demo thoroughly prior to completing your purchase.
